She was predeceased by: her sisters, Mafalda and Lauretta; and her father Paul Simms. She is survived by: her grandmother Elena Luca; her children, Maria, Rita (Umberto) and Bill (Modesta); her nephew Mario (Maria); her grandchildren, Elaine (Paul), Anita, Jamie (Jessica), Gianni (Lucy), Frank and David; and her friend Maria Vecchio. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, and many other nieces, nephews.
