With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elaine Margaret Ohata in Kamloops, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 17, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys and Les (Smitty); her brother Ron; and her husband Mickey. She is survived by: her children, Tammy (Steven) and Mike (Jenny); her grandchildren, Darcy (Jessi), Stephanie and Justin (Meganne); and her great grandchildren, Neasha, Faith, Lane, Zariah and Reina.
Elaine's favourite saying was: "Life is like a mirror reflecting what you do, if you smile at it, it will smile right back at you."Should friends desire, donations to be made to the Children's Hospital foundation and/ or Variety of Hearts Telethon.
