He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Friedel and Margaret Friedel. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Peter (Lorelee), Peggy Tilleman (Steve), Maryann Bruneau (Harry) and Caroline Ralston (Rod); his grandchildren, Josh Tilleman (Mandi), Jeremy Tilleman (Christine), Benjamin Tilleman (Vanessa), Emma Zagorski (Jonathan), James Friedel (Lindsey), Melissa Smith (David), Zachary Bruneau (Carly), Jessica Papineau (Kirby), Justin Ralston (Kylye) and Sheldon Ralston (Janette); his great grandchildren, Nate, Abby, Arissa, Lily, Emmett, Shelby, Leah, Gauge, Karson, Ryley, Annalise, Waylon and Milton; his siblings, Herbie and Alice; and his great grandchildren, Quintin Leon and Sebastien Earl Papineau.
