He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Wessler and Luise Wessler; and his siblings, Gerhard, Inge, Gisela, Hannelore (Loppu) and Heidi.
He is survived by: his daughters, Christa Pinnell (Les) and Iris Wessler (Don Beattie); his grandchildren, Kayla, Andy Clark, Cassi and Jesse Beattie; and his siblings, Marlene, Norbert and Joachim.
