Derek Robert Burnell Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Robert Burnell (Kamloops, British Columbia), born in Terrace Bay, Ontario, who passed away on August 30, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Cory Burnell; and his sister Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his daughter Lee-Ann (Robert McMillan); his pet Paisley of Victoria; his siblings, Brian Burnell (Kath) of Duncan and Gail Burnell (John Normandin) of Grande Prairie; his brother-in-law Ron Lascelle of Surrey; his mother-in-law Susan Bryant; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Bryant (Jill) and Ken Bryant (Laurie) of Mission. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
