He was predeceased by: his brother Ronnie; and his parents, Ted Sr. and Josey. He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie-Lee Lutz and Bobbie-Jo Hammond-Koppman; his siblings, Morren and Ted; and his grandchildren, Alexis Koppman-Nelson, Braden Lutz, Josh Lutz and Jordyn Lutz.
