She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Messmer and Teresa Messmer; her brothers, Herb, Victor and Earl; and her sisters-in-law, Irene, Elaine and Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Lyle (Cindy) of Whitehorse, Sandra (Roy) of Greenville and Teresa (Will) of West Kelowna; her grandchildren, Adam (Erin), Luke (Luana), Cassandra, Danielle (Sam), Ali, Nicholas and Natalie; and her great grandchildren, Brady and Ella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
