She is survived by: her former husband Robert Stephens; her children, Robert (Shari) and Stephanie; her grandsons, Dillon, Colton (Adrianne) and Isaac (Payton); and her brother Samuel Fame (Dolores). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
