He was predeceased by: his former wife Doreen Pasichnyk (Malinsky); his parents, Michael Pasichnyk and Mary Pasichnyk; and his siblings, Allwyn Smart (Pasichnyk) and Eugene Pasichnyk.
He is survived by: his wife Soula Pasichnyk (Giftakis); his son Oless (Kristin); his grandchildren, Orysia and Orrin of Mission, BC; his son Mark (Holley); his grandsons, Marley and Nick of Sooke, BC; his stepson Yanni Giftakis of Kamloops, BC; his sister Cecily Zylyk (Pasichnyk) of Kelowna, BC; and his stepmother Soula (Allan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Kamloops Salvation Army and/or to the Mustard Seed Outreach Centre of Kamloops.
