He is survived by: his significant other Josie; his daughters, Suzanne Van Elslander, Joanne Smith (Gary), Anita Consalvo (Mario) and Karen Coutlee (Shane); his grandchildren, Jeff (Sarah), James (Lisa), Chris (Brittany), Catherine (Luke), Noah, Abbie, Taryn, Rio, Taya, Paige and Miya; and his great grandchildren, Emery, Sullivan, Suzie, Samuel, Brody, Blair and Blake.
