He was predeceased by: his wife Dawn. He is survived by: his children, Josh, Maria (Devon) and Eli; his grandchildren, Maxx and Chloe; his son Adam (Amber); his grandson Julian; his stepson Chris; and his siblings, Justin, Micah, Philemon, June and Yolanda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
