He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Mehr and Mary Mehr (Sarauer); and his brother Lambert Mehr. He is survived by: his wife Cathy LeBlanc; his children, Shelly Mehr and Barry Mehr (Alejandra); and his stepsons, Jim LeBlanc (Sheri), Carey LeBlanc (Jacqueline) and Frank LeBlanc (Cara). He is also survived by step grandchildren, nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
