She is survived by: her sister Aunt; her significant other Vic Tremblay; her siblings, Suzan Lagrove (Cordell), Leslie Phillips (Ron) and Thomas Phillips (Skip); her nieces and nephews, Angel, Brenda, Jessika (Jason), John Jr., Jesse, David, Derek and Tyler (Kenzie); and her friends, Dorothy and Fran.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Cancer Society in honor of Cathy would be appreciated.
