We bid farewell to Herbert McDonald (Grasmere, British Columbia), born in Eureka, Montana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 25, 2025 at the age of 94. Herbert touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Isabel (Durham); his parents, Jack McDonald and Belle McDonald; and his siblings, Tom, Doug, Bob McDonald and Ruth McLeod.
He is survived by: his children, Aaron McDonald (Tracey), Heather Serafini (Blake), Sandra Kniert (Ken) and Cameron McDonald (Kim); and his grandchildren, Kyle (Jamie), Colter (Jan), Adam (Diana), Jared, Shane (Cate), Skye (Darren), Kurt (Autumn) and Laura (Pierce). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grasmere Pioneer Hall.
