It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Basil Parker (Golden, British Columbia), born in Bear River, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Lorna), Tim (Lillian), Scott (Cynthia) and Andrea (John); his grandchildren, Angie, Jeff, Amy, Matthew, Robin and Kelly; his son Nathan; and also John. He is also survived by his mother (Florence), father (Wilbur), wife (Dorothy), brother (Paul), and son.
