We bid farewell to Mercedes Link of Gibsons, British Columbia, born in Rossland, British Columbia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 5, 2024 at the age of 87. Mercedes touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Fernande Schwartzenhauer; and her husband Alexander Link. She is survived by: her siblings, Lorraine (Gerry), George (Pat), Donald (Lisa) and Germaine (Vic); her children, Catherine (Sidney), Christopher (Carolyn), Alexander (Monique), Michael (Courtney) and Paul (Hamdee); her grandchildren, Courtney (Matt), Nathan, Taylor, Cydney, Clare, Sasha, Carmen and Evan; and her great grandchildren, Luca and Mila.
