She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hayne and Lilian Hayne; and her grandson Joel Pickell. She is survived by: her husband Herb; her brother Stuart Hayne (Sylvia); and her children, Irene Pickell (Kevin), Laurel Richards (Dave) and John Barge (Stacey). She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to Alzheimer Society of Canada.
