Barrie Custance Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barrie Custance (Gibsons, British Columbia), born in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike, Pam (Jon McRae), Ken (Starr) and Jodi; his daughter-in-law Kim; his grandchildren, Michelle, Kenneth, Mikayla, Ryden, Charleigh, Parker and Travers; his great grandchild Arielle; his siblings, Trav, Keith, Cheri, Sid and Barbie; his cousin Ted; and his pet Teddi Bear. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

His family would like to thank Ma for looking after him so well until the very end, the 2nd floor nurses and care aides at Sechelt Hospital, especially Cindy and Starr who stepped in when the pandemic kept us away, and to Dr. Murphy, staff at Howe Sound Pharmacy, and John Rainer for their support over the years.
