He was predeceased by: his parent Humphrey Brent Billy. He is survived by: his mother Lorna Madeline Williams; and his siblings, Caroline Madeline Billy, Colleen Bridgette Billy (Chester), Brent Humphrey Billy (Ava), Kirk Dean Douglas Billy (Erin) and Charlene Susan Billy. He is also survived by many loving relatives and dear friends.
