He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Holm and Dorthea Holm; and his siblings, George, Barry, Earl and Bonnie Holm.

He is survived by: his sister Candice Tessman; his sister-in-law Marian Holm; and his brothers, Wayne (Chris), Kenny (Karen), Carl (Maureen) and Harold Holm. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
