She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Cook and Alice Cook; her brothers, Gary, Allen and Neil; and her sisters-in-law, Louise and Shirley.
She is survived by: her nephew Troy; her siblings, Richard Cook (Shirley), Dennis Cook, Delbert Cook (Diane), Cheryl Wolfram (Fred), Bryan Cook (Cathy), Sharon Lovatt (Ralph) and Ernie Cook (Karen); and her sisters-in-law, Karen and Marilynne Cook.
