Douglas Lyon Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2024, at the age of 81, Douglas Lyon in Fernie, British Columbia, born in High River, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Maria; and his brothers, Roy and Don Lyon. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Marcus (Joanne) and Sonja Richards (Ed); his grandchildren, Kelti Brueggeman (Jake), Mitchell, Kiana, Emma Lyon, Hannah, Jakob and Maxwell Richards; his great grandchildren, Rawlings, Madden and Bostyn Brueggeman; his brothers, Gerald and Wayne Lyon (Wendy); and his daughter Alberta.
