He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Gillis. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Gillis (Muir); his brother Michael Gillis (Bonnie); his uncle Bill Muir (Sharon); his nieces, Niki Gillis, Angela Gillis, Heather Matheson and Tara McDonald; his nephew Kieran McDonald; and his cousins, Cindy Johnsen (Bob), Rick Wright, Vicki Hayward and Wes Wright (LeeAnn). He is also survived by many extended family members and wonderful friends.
