She was predeceased by: her husband Stanislaw Sokol; her parents, Maud Smith and Sydney Smith; and her brother Edmund Smith. She is survived by: her children, Roman Sokol (Susan) and Donna Thorner (Jim Thorner); her grandchildren, Leslee-Anne Nakasuji (Shun Nakasuji), Keith Sokol (Alicia Pretty), Kyle Sokol (Sandi Sokol), Christopher Van Rompaey (Kristyn Arruda), Nicole Van Rompaey (Cody Nickle) and Lorraine Henderson (Sonny Reno); and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Canaan, James and David.
