She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Janet Silvey and Ernest George Baines Sr.; her son Mark Cocking; and her siblings, Rose Valentine Head, Laverne Baines (Corky), Ernest Baines and Norman Windsor.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Karr; her children, Shawna Karr (Greg Wong), Mary-Lou Edwards (Richard Edwards) and Barry Cocking; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Travis Cocking, Grace, Linden Edwards, Alex and Trysten Kynaston-Wong; her sister Jane Marston; and her caregiver Dr. Postuk.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 4:30 PM at the Eagles Hall (2965 Boys Rd, Duncan, BC V9L6W4).
