He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Prouty and Marion Prouty; and his brother Ralph Prouty. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his daughter Pam Chambers; his son-in-law Mark; his granddaughter Kelsey; his daughter Dallas Prouty; his granddaughters, Emma and Lily Wilson; and his siblings, Bill Prouty, Betty Peterson (Lynn), Elaine Riehl (Rick), Mavis Woods (Jack), Christine Leroux (John), Lois Basarowich (Brian) and Heather Prouty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
