It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rexford Fransen (Duncan, British Columbia), who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor and Patricia; his brother Owen; and his brother-in-law Tom Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Jeff, Angela (Tim Byron) and Kari; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Robyn, Logan Byron, Hailey, Austin and Riley Meerman; and his siblings, Louise (Cal), John (Chris), Gloria and Sylvia (Ernie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in laws.
