He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret and Mike; and his siblings, Ann Marie, Brian and Michael.

He is survived by: his children, Peter Jr. (Adriana) of Vancouver, Samantha of Duncan and Tyler of Lake Cowichan; his grandchildren, Riley, Malory, Scout and Raven; his siblings, Joe, Eileen (Paul), Trish of London and Mary (Ross) of New Glasgow; and his sisters-in-law, Ellen and Nina. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
