She was predeceased by: her significant other Bill Shaw; her parents, Norman Stokes and Vera Stokes (Westover); and her brothers, Terry and Steven.
She is survived by: her children, James Young (Kim) and Sheryl Koers; her son-in-law Martin; her grandchildren, Jordan (Samantha) and Brent; and her sisters, Pat Tabata, Sylvia Wilkins and Diane Von Schleinitz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in mom's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
