She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Jakubowski (Tony) and Lillian Jakubowski (Ravine); her siblings, John, Evelyn, Rose, Arthur, Edward, Larry and David; and her husband Henry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Hilda, Philip, Richard and James. She is also survived by three grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great-great grandson, her best friend and father.
