He was predeceased by: his close friend Marie; and his parents, Vivian Curtis and Harold Curtis. He is survived by: his children, Matthew (Sylvia) of Blue Ridge, Lynda (Curt) of Lloydminster, Laura (Dan) of Buck Lake, Donna of Onoway and Catharine (Cory) of Lloydminster; the mother of his children Connie of Belis; his grandchildren, Jesse, Lindsey, Dustin, Jordan, Silena, Ashton, Evan, Shanelle and Eric; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Maverick, Cash, Mya, Nevaeh, Asher, Lydia and Ivan; and his siblings, Vern (Cheryl), Dee, Yvonne (Dan) and William (Svitlana).
