He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Brad Lesiuk (Kim) and Dawn Fox (Myran); his grandchildren, Carson, Parker, Ripley and Gavin; his sister Lynda (Leo); and his nieces, Crystal and Jolene. He is also survived by many other extended family members & friends.
