He was predeceased by: his siblings, Johnny and Nettie-Anne. He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Jeff (Lisa) and Kenzie; his grandson Miller; his nephew Bob (Laurie); his daughter Myrna Lynn; and his grandchildren, Aly, Andrew and Jared.
The #91 – Yates Racing sprint car team let him continue living his dream working on the car until Covid hit and Fred's health declined.
