It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Hooper of Duncan, British Columbia, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Hooper and Janet Olson; and his sisters, Evelyn Markam and Vivian Hooper. He is survived by: his sister Carol Smith.
