She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jane Elizabeth (Jenny) and Henry Jenner; her husband Steve; her children, Linda (Gordon) and Dennis (Sharon); and her grandchildren, Tracy (Steve), Alex (Andy), Paul (Sandy) and Rhonda. She was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren, one great great Grandson.

Doreen was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease at age 65.
