It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dev Parmar (Duncan, British Columbia), who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dev Parmar to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his brother Anoop. He is survived by: his parents, Amrik and Balinder; his sisters, Angela (Rajinder) and Neelam (Jonny); and his nephews, Aaron and Raman. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
