He is survived by: his close friend Betty; his brothers, Doug (Dona) and Bryan (Bernie); his daughter Catherine Foxon (David); his grandchildren, Nicolas (Kim), Danielle, Shelby (Evan), April, Ashlee, Taylor, Josh, Kennedy, Adrianne, Cora and Mila; his son Lance Middleton (Andrea); his grandchildren, Emily (Kevin) and Claire; his daughter Robyn Dallaway (John); his grandchild Devon (Tyler); his great grandchild Autumn; his daughter Shelley Brimacombe (Curtis); his grandchildren, Saige (Morley) and Michael (Kaylynn); his daughter Tammy Elzinga (Shawn); his grandchildren, Chayse (Jenner), Hunter (Lexi) and Dawson (Amy); his great grandchild Miller; his daughter Cathy; and also Lance. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
