He was predeceased by: his wife Rita. He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn; his children, Duane (Jennifer) and Dawn (Roy); his grandchildren, Bradley, Devin, Brielle, Mya and Reese; and his siblings, Maureen Mann, Donne (Denise), Colleen Richard (Joseph), Kevin (Carrol) and Shelley Cahoon (Dave). He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
