It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of João José Botelho of Delta, British Columbia, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father José; and his brothers, Manuel, Francisco and Fernando. He is survived by: his wife Isabel Botelho; his children, Paul Botelho (Katherine Botelho), John Botelho (Kim Johnston) and Gloria Botelho; his grandsons, Oliver Botelho and Gabriel Botelho; his sister Maria José Dovale; his stepbrother Manuel Jacinto; and his half-brother José Botelho. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
