He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Pearl Moffatt and Kenneth James Fraser; and his brother Neil Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Renee Fraser of Delta; his brother George Fraser of Comox; and his children, Ronald Fraser (Tracy) and Shellan Van Eaton (Roger) of Surrey. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great granddaughters, 4 nieces, 1 nephew, and other extended family.
