He was predeceased by: his father Gerry; and his brother Birk. He is survived by: his children, Cole and Madelynne; his mother Darlene; his brothers, Morgan and Joel; his grandparents, Cliff Church and Ida Church; and also, Christina, Ella, Tessa, Candace, Chloe and Meryn.
Dane was an avid outdoorsman, in lieu of flowers please feel free to donate to one of his favourite charities.
