It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anastasia Demosten (Delta, British Columbia), who passed away on September 24, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Aristeides Demosten of Ladner; her sons, Leonidas and Archimedes; and her brother Nick Stamatiou. She is survived by: her husband Angelo; her sister Vasiliki; and also Morphia Demosten. She is also survived by three godchildren, six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Irene Thomas Hospice, where Anastasia spent the last month of her life, cared for by an exemplary and dedicated staff. Our heartfelt gratitude to the staff there who showed such compassion and charity to our mother.
