He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith Haugen and Teresa Haugen; his brother Gaylen Dean; and his parents-in-law, Marlene Sidoruk and Ed Sidoruk.

He is survived by: his wife Tammy Haugen (Sidoruk); his children, Cody (Stephanie), Briana and Bradley; his grandchildren, Chloe, Coral, Brooklyn, Avah and Kayson; his siblings, Veronia Bain (Dallas), Dana Welsh (Brad), Lenna Berg (Charlie) and Garth Haugen (Meghan); his siblings-in-law, Craig Sidoruk and Wendy Cassidy; and his brothers, John Evans and Bill Laboucan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
