He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Helen; and his brother Dyrald. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his son Charles Rappel (Christine); his grandchildren, Gregory, Jordan, Bradley and Emily; his son Doug Rappel (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Alexandra, Gabrial and Cassidy; his daughter Angie Collins (Pat); his grandchildren, Conner and Teegan; and his sister-in-law Leora (John). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
