He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Michaluk and Jean Michaluk; and his grandparents, Alex and Lena Michaluk. He is survived by: his wife Candy; his children, Nathan, Kara (Robert) and Aaron; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Karlie; his sister Brenda; his niece Gillian; and his nephew Benjamin. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
