He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jo-Anna Clark (Don) of Cumberland, BC, Cindy Foley of Cumberland, BC and Shaun Foley (Grace Lin) of Vancouver, BC; and his siblings, Mike Foley, Gerald Foley, Madeline Foley, Maureen Foley, Randy Cunningham, Larry (Audrey Kostiuk) and Ken (Ann Kostiuk).
