He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hook and Ruby Hook; and his siblings, Bernice Turner and Fred Hook. He is survived by: his children, Rob and Lesley; his son-in-law Greg King; and his sister Elizabeth Carpentier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
