He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Forseth and Reba Forseth; his wife Evelyn; his daughter Wendy King; and his brothers, Don and Bruce.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce Andrei and Norma Linney; and his grandchildren, Graham King and Carley Loder. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
