It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Carlisle Barber (Creston, British Columbia), born in Manchester, North West, who passed away on November 2, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Metzger (David), Marcus Barber (Janice) and James Barber (Ila); his sisters, Julie Williams (Richard) and Linda Allatini Wilson (Anthony); his grandsons, Wes (Alaina), Daniel, Michael, William and Jon; his wife Eva; and his father Sylvester Obi Ibekwe.
