He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Folkman and Fred Folkman; and his brother Ben Folkman. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Frances Folkman, Roy Folkman (Caroline), Janice Perry (Dale) and Suzanne Tinning (Travis); his grandchildren, Isabella, Daniel, Cassidy, Nicole, Owen, Miranda, Drew and Leo; and his siblings, Melvyn (Carolyn), Marlene and Richard (Betty). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
